Ranked Realty pricing has two parts: a one-time website build and an optional monthly retainer that grows your authority score. Agent sites are $2,997, brokerage sites are $4,997, and the AI Visibility Officer starts at $997 a month. We quote your exact scope before any work begins, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

How billing works
One-time build, optional monthly retainer
Your site is a one-time fee that you own. The score work is a separate monthly retainer you can add or skip. We put every number in writing first.
One-time site build
Your Agent Site or Brokerage Site is a single, one-time fee, and the finished website belongs to you. There is no recurring charge to keep it online. Standard care and updates are covered as agreed in your written scope.
Monthly retainer
The AI Visibility Officer is billed monthly on a 12-month agreement, separate from the build. Tiers run SMB at $997, Growth at $2,497, and Authority at $4,997 a month. Each month brings an AI Visibility Scorecard and real reported numbers.

Brokerage Site, $4,997 one-time
The Brokerage Site includes everything in the Agent Site, built for multi-agent teams. It adds an agent roster, office and community pages, advanced IDX search, and team lead routing so inquiries reach the right person fast. A priority build moves your project to the front of the queue. It is our most popular option for offices that need more than one agent profile.
AI Visibility Officer, from $997 a month
The AI Visibility Officer is the retainer that decides whether AI and search recommend you. We measure your visibility every month with an AI Visibility Scorecard, report Moz Domain Authority and Semrush Authority Score, and do the citation reclaim, link building, and schema upkeep that move those numbers. Discounts
Discounts we honor
We apply eligible discounts to your written quote. Non-profits receive 50%, active military and veterans 20%, first responders 20%, seniors 15%, students 15%, and multi-service clients 10%. Discounts can stack up to a 50% maximum. Tell us if you qualify when we scope your project and we will include it in your quote.

Do I have to buy the monthly retainer?
No. The one-time site build stands on its own, and the AI Visibility Officer is optional. That said, the retainer is the engine that moves your authority score month over month, so most agents who want AI and search to recommend them pair a build with it.
Can you discount the price?
Yes, when you qualify. We honor non-profit, military and veteran, first responder, senior, student, and multi-service discounts, and they can stack up to a 50% maximum. Tell us if you are eligible during scoping and we will apply the discount to your written quote before any work begins.
